In silicone rubber, acrylic rubber, fluorosilicone rubber, fluoroelastomer and other materials with excellent high temperature resistance, the material that does not have good oil resistance is silicone rubber, but silicone rubber is the cheapest of these four materials, of which the price of acrylic rubber, fluorosilicone rubber, fluoroelastomer is about 2 times, 17 times and 6 times of silica gel, respectively. In this way, if the rubber material in the intercooler intake hose in the closed-structure oil and gas separation system chooses fluorosilicone rubber and fluororubber, it does not have a cost advantage, but the high temperature resistance of acrylate rubber is only about 175 °C, which is only suitable for engines with small horsepower, that is, an exhaust volume of 1.5T.
